How to Apply
External users who wish to collaborate with DARKLab or request 3D documentation services are asked to submit a short project description. Access is granted according to DARKLab’s Access & Use Policy and depends on project relevance, feasibility, safety, and resource availability.
What to include in your request
Please send a brief description containing:
Project title and affiliation
Aim of the project and materials/sites to be documented
Requested methods or services (e.g., 3D scanning, drone mapping, photogrammetry, processing)
Location and expected timeline
Relevant permits
Billing information (institution, address, VAT number if applicable)
Where to send your request
What happens next
DARKLab will review your request and provide:
a feasibility assessment,
a proposed schedule, and
a quotation based on the Fees and Costs page.
