Dr. Melda KÜÇÜKDEMİRCİ is graduated from Istanbul University Department of Geophysical Engineering. She received her MSc and Ph.D. degree in the same department. During Ph.D. studies, she engaged in research projects in Istituto per le Tecnologie Applicate ai Beni Culturali (ITABC-CNR) in Italy between 2011-2012 and 2014. She worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the FORTH-Laboratory of Geophysical-Remote Sensing & Archaeoenvironment (GeoSat ReSeArch Lab) in Greece between 2017- 2018. And she has worked as an Assistant Professor at Istanbul University- Cerrahpasa in the Department of Geophysical Engineering between 2018-2020. Her research focuses on geophysical prospection for archaeology (ground-penetrating radar, magnetometry), data fusion, and integration techniques on archaeo-geophysical data and artificial intelligence-based analysis for remote sensing archaeology.

Dr Melda KÜÇÜKDEMİRCİ is graduated from Istanbul University Department of Geophysical Engineering. She received her MSc and PhD degree in the same department. For the next two years, Melda will work in the frame of the research project Artificial Intelligence and Landscape Analysis Expanding Methods and Challenging Paradigms . She will focus on artificial intelligence and remote sensing in archaeology.
