Paola Derudas, our PhD candidate in Archaeology, joined the Digital Research Service (SNR) of the Department of Research and Study at the National Institute of Art History (https://www.inha.fr/fr/recherche/le-departement-des-etudes-et-de-la-recherche/service-numerique-de-la-recherche.html) in Paris, to work with web-based databases and content management system in the field of Archaeology and Art History and to learn about the semantic web of data in both domains.

The focus of this traineeship aims to increase the technical expertise relating to the acquisition, storage, management and dissemination of archaeological data following the FAIR principle (Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reuse) of digital assets. This mobility has been activated in the framework of a collaboration between the two institutions involved, in order to strengthen the partnership and to explore the possibilities to participate in European joint calls for research projects.
