Description of the tutorial

This video provides a short introduction to TagLab, an open-source software developed by the Visual Computing Lab at the Institute of Information Science and Technology (ISTI–CNR) in Pisa. TagLab is designed for the annotation and analysis of large orthographic images, such as orthomosaics produced through photogrammetry. The tutorial briefly presents the main features of the software, its applications in different research fields—including digital cultural heritage—and shows how to access the installation resources and documentation required to start using the tool.
